Email tracker allows you to know and quickly make a move when someone opens a document you send.
- Select Install chrome extension
- Click Add extension
- Select Login with PandaDoc and authorize the Email Tracker to your PandaDoc account. If you don't have a PandaDoc account select Login with PandaDoc > Sign up to create a new one.
Now the Email Tracker is enabled for all your outgoing emails. You can send your emails as you usually do and quickly check if recipients opened them by looking at the small icon next to the email subject in Sent emails.
One green checkmark means the recipient hasn’t opened the email yet, and two green checkmarks mean they’ve already opened the email.
By hovering over checkboxes you can see how many times and when recipients opened the email.
By switching off the “Email Tracker for Gmail enabled” toggle you can disable tracking for all outgoing emails.
You can also disable tracking for specific emails, by clicking on the PandaDoc icon and switching off the “Tracking enabled for this email” inside an email.
