What’s happening to my PandaDoc plan?
Customers on Self Employed, Individual, Professional, and eSign legacy plans will be migrated to one of our current Essentials plans at their next billing cycle or renewal.
Do I have to change plans?
Yes. If your account is on one of the legacy plans mentioned above, you must change to an Essentials, Business, or Enterprise plan.
Will my price change?
For some customers, there will be a price increase. We’ve kept our Essentials plan at an affordable price of $19/user/month when billed annually. You will also benefit from new features and continued product updates. Please note that customers on our Essentials plan will be limited to two paid seats in the second half of 2023. Customers with three or more licenses will need to upgrade to a Business or Enterprise plan.
Why is PandaDoc doing this?
PandaDoc strives to offer the best product and customer experience. As our product continues to evolve, we periodically restructure our plans so customers can continue to get the most features at the best price. Customers on our current PandaDoc plans will enjoy a more consistent experience with continuous product improvements.
Will I gain or lose features?
Yes. You can expect minor changes if you switch to our Essentials plan. If you lose access to critical features from the list below, we recommend looking into a Business or Enterprise Plan.
