Connect NetSuite to Workato

Follow this guide to connect NetSuite to Workato first. Make sure the person connecting the integration has all the required permissions. Workato is a third-party connector for PandaDoc <> NetSuite data-import integration.

Move a document to files in a purchase order in NetSuite

  1. Select “When PandaDoc document status changed then attach PDF to Purchase Order in NetSuite”

  2. Select trigger status for any PandaDoc documents created via NetSuite — you can choose between “Sent” and “Completed”

  3. Authorize connection between NetSuite and PandaDoc via Workato (you’ll need to fill out Account ID, Token ID, and Token Secret).

  4. Select Save

  5. Go to Apps on the right panel and click on NetSuite

  6. Select Purchase order object, select Change variables to change the object

  7. Click Use this template to create a document out of it

  8. Select the vendor ID where you’d like the PDF attached

Each time the document you create using this template is linked to a Purchase order and is sent or completed (depending on your automation setup), it will be automatically attached to Files in this Purchase order.

Move a document to files in a vendor record in NetSuite

  1. Select “When PandaDoc document status changed then attach PDF to Vendor in NetSuite”

  2. Select trigger status for any PandaDoc documents created via NetSuite — you can choose between “Sent” and “Completed”

  3. Authorize connection between NetSuite and PandaDoc via Workato (you’ll need to fill out Account ID, Token ID, and Token Secret). If you've already connected NetSuite you'll see the Disconnect button and you can move forward to the next step

  4. Select Save

  5. Go to Apps on the right panel and click on NetSuite

  6. Select Vendor entity via Change variables

  7. Click Use this template to create a document out of it

  8. Select the Vendor where you’d like the PDF attached

Each time the document you create using this template is linked to a Vendor and is sent or completed (depending on your automation setup), it will be automatically attached to Files in this Vendor record.

  1. Select “When PandaDoc document status changed then attach PDF to Opportunity in NetSuite”

  2. Select trigger status for any PandaDoc documents created via NetSuite — you can choose between “Sent” and “Completed”

  3. Authorize connection between NetSuite and PandaDoc via Workato (you’ll need to fill out Account ID, Token ID, and Token Secret). If you've already connected NetSuite you'll see the Disconnect button and you can move forward to the next step
