Need your pricing table to match your document design? We’ll show you how.
Skip to:
First, access pricing table design settings by clicking on table properties > Design
You’ll be able to:
Customize header background color
Change header font style, line spacing and text alignment
Display or hide table borders
Style table borders
Add row background color and alternate row color to separate them
Adjust cell paddings
If you have more than one pricing table and want their styles to match, go to Design > Pricing table. In this case, the same design will be applied to all pricing tables across the document. The same design options will be available.
Format specific text in the pricing table
You can highlight specific text in a non-numeric cell and style it with the help of the top toolbar:
Although it isn’t possible at this time to style specific cells containing numeric values, you can still apply styles to an entire column of cells. To do this, highlight a column by clicking on the green handle at the top, then format text in numeric cells by using the toolbar that appears.
We’re working on adding further design capabilities to the pricing table — and we’d love to hear your suggestions! Please submit your feedback to our Support team.
Set paddings and margins for the pricing table block
Click on table properties > Advanced formatting on the right. Here you can adjust the pricing table block’s margins and paddings.
Restrict editing of the pricing table
If you’d like to restrict editing of the pricing table to Managers and Admins only, click on table properties > Restrict editing on the right side. Then, toggle on Restrict editing to prevent users from editing pricing table content or formatting. You can also toggle on Lock block position to restrict users from moving the table or deleting it.
Move columns and rows
It’s easy to move columns and rows. Simply click and drag the green label at the top of the column or on the left side of the row:
Resize columns
Hover over a column vertical border until it’s highlighted in green, then drag to resize the column width.
