What are these changes?
We’re excited to announce an updated navigation experience for Workspace Settings. The goal of this update is to streamline your experience by reorganizing the settings into clearer, more intuitive sections.
The current Workspace defaults section, which contains 80% of all workspace settings, will be broken down into smaller categories to make it easier for you to locate and adjust settings. Other related sections, such as Branding and emails, Saved messages, and Early access, will also be reorganized into a more logical structure.
This change is designed to simplify navigation and save time for all user roles by grouping similar settings together.
How will the new layout be organized?
Here’s a breakdown of the upcoming navigation changes:
Current section | New section |
Workspace defaults | Document settings |
Workspace defaults | Recipient experience |
Workspace defaults | Set up workspace |
Branding and emails | Emails |
Saved messages | Emails |
Early Access | Set up workspace |
In addition to these changes, sections like Team, Data, and Integrations will remain in their current locations.
Highlights of the new navigation
Set up workspace. Includes workspace settings options, like name and icon customization, as well as Early access features settings.
Document settings. A dedicated section for all document-related configurations, that were previously under Workspace defaults.
Recipient experience. A new section to manage recipient-related settings, such as Localization, Verification and signing, Email attachment, and Promotional window relocated from Workspace defaults.
Emails. Combines options from Branding and emails as well as Saved messages to provide a single hub for all email configurations.
Notification email templates. Saved messages are now called ‘Email templates’ and can be located under Emails.
This new structure ensures that each section is focused and easy to navigate, reducing the time spent searching for specific options.
When will the update go live?
The update will be live and available for all users starting in late November 2024.
Do I need to do anything?
No action is required on your part. This update will automatically roll out to all PandaDoc workspaces. All your current settings will remain intact and accessible under the new navigation structure.
